Hi Maria
Sorry we've taken a few days to send you this e-mail but Andrew has been away and I don't know how to upload photos. He's back now so we can fill you in. The cat jacket is 'brill'! The photos will show you her bald patch and flakey skin which she kept making worse by licking constantly with her rough tongue. The cone was useless and made our cat, Bonnie, extremely miserable and sort of really depressed. Not nice for any of us to see. The adapted bib, that I made out of desperation, was better for her but if we let her out on her lead in the garden she would get it off straight away and start licking her wound again. The jacket is great! Very secure and she is 'purrfectly' comfortable in it. We weren't going to let her outside by herself but, this morning, she spied the front door open and darted right out with her jacket on. We didn't know she was in the hallway. We weren't sure if she would be ok and our daughter was worried, but she came back later, coat intact and very happy and has been out again for half an hour this afternoon. We have decided to let her go out in it for bits during the day (but not at night) as she has been whining and scratching doors and windows to get out for the last 2 weeks and has also suffered from constipation as she doesn't like the litter tray at all (she won't wee or poo when we take her out on the lead). The coat is a snug fit and she can't get it off so we feel the advantages of letting her out for a little bit far outweigh the disadvantages of keeping her in. Obviously we will keep monitoring her, but if it continues this way, it will be fantastic and, hopefully, she will soon grow new fur and will be able to return to normal again.
Andrew had no problems using your website, paying was easy and quick. We liked your photos of all sorts of cats and the different types of coats, which enabled us to see how they fit, how they looked, etc.
Thank you so much for getting the coat to us so quickly, and if Bonny could talk, she'd be saying exactly the same thing. In fact, we would like to order another coat so that when one is being washed we have another for her to wear. Let us know the best way to order to ensure that we get exactly the same as before.

Hi, Maria - we love the girls' jackets! They are doing pretty well with them. Penny is our adventerous one, and is really getting the hang of it. Our "adventurer wanna-be" Daphne wants to go out until she gets outside - then she wants to go back in! We're working on it! :0)
We found Penny and Daphne in the middle of our street - they were 5 weeks old. Penny had scalding burns over her face, shoulder blades, back and the tops of her paws. It looked like boiling water was dropped on her. We think her adventerous side got the best of her and somehow she knocked something over on herself. Daphne, being skittish with anything unfamiliar, would have run away - so no burns on her. Penny has healed really well; she lost her ear flaps as you can see in the pix, and has a few scars on her face. Other than that she's an adorable, awesome, happy kitty - they both are.
I've told several of my friends and clients about your cat jackets, and your website (I own a pet sitting service). I found the website easy to navigate, and my order was easy to place. You made the jackets and shipped them quickly. Thank you so much for everything - I would order again, definitely!
Warm regards, Christy
Hi Maria
Many thanks for your very speedy service and a wonderful jacket for our 5 month kitten Minty. The jacket is beautifully made and I am sure I shall be ordering another. I love the frilly design but with a male cat I can't do that to him!
We tried it out for the first time today and Minty looked very smart and best of all I felt very confident that the jacket would keep him safe as the fit is so good. Initially he was a bit taken back by all the sights and sounds of the great outdoors but a second try later that afternoon and he loved it.
Like many of your customers I started out with a conventional H harness in the house to start with but it was hopeless and Minty disliked the narrow straps and was soon working hard and successfully to extricate himself. Looking for something better I first came across your videos of fitting the jacket and your trip to the nature reserve with your lovely cats having a wonderful time exploring. I was sold at that point and then went to your website. I found the videos really helpful to reassure myself that the heavy duty Velcro was exactly that and also how it worked. It also really opened my eyes to the potential of the jacket for fun and enjoyment for cats to explore.
I liked your website- it gives the feel of a personalised service by a fellow cat lover who has through trial and error come up with an excellent design and product. I loved the choice of fabrics and the gallery of cats and jackets. They really do help to give you an idea of the style and fit. The ordering process was easy and I do like to pay through Paypal. Just a couple of suggestions - I know you have all the fabrics on the order page but I went straight to the luxurious fabrics tab expecting to find all the fabrics there and then had a slight panic that they were the only choices. So perhaps a tab with fabrics including your more luxurious range? As I say the videos were really helpful and made my purchasing decision for me so including them on your home page might make them easier to access than through the Lead Training tab. Have you ever thought about selling the extendable leads? I would certainly have bought one through you just for convenience although I accept they are easy enough to get hold of but it means another trip to the pet shop etc.
I hope that helps and thanks again. I have include a couple of pics of Minty - do feel free to use them if you wish.
Best wishes
Jenny (Ladbrooke)
Hi Maria
The Jacket arrived today and my how we love it. Pawl loves it too. We read your advise on taking it slowly and letting hm get used to seeing it smelling it and associating it with the outside. Well when I got in at 5 pm we opened the envelope and lay the jacket on the floor for him to see , he started to play with it smell it and chew it straight away. Then when I slipped it on he just carried on running around the house playing his usual games. After half an hour we attached the lead, he chewed the lead more than he bothered about the jacket. We then took it off. Two hours later we put it back on and showed him the front door and with 5 minutes he was running around the front and back garden.
Amazing
Thank you so much.
Hi Maria!
I received the Cat Jacket, Yorkshire to Los Angeles, quickly.
The moment I opened the packet I knew it was the best choice for our "Pishi." The colors were nicer than what showed on your website and the craftmenship was clean. I'm glad I chose the "camouflage" as our 5-year old Nebelung looks quite smart and masculine wearing it. Your design is what I would have made myself - if I could sew - and it's by far the best on the web. Those others which utilize clasps are unweildly and by the time one can close the straps without pinching the fur, the cat has wriggled free. He's much more comfortable with the Mynwood - and safer! He can't just "back out" of it - even if it's attached with 3-fingers of looseness.
Cheers,
Scott & Ceri
